Kate joins the Banbury Howard crew
As business here at Banbury Howard continues to grow, so does our team.
Now, Kate Southgate has joined as Account Manager, helping us to expand our portfolio and broaden our reach.
Having enjoyed a fast paced and successful career as a copywriter and outreach consultant in a digital marketing agency, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and an extremely keen interest in all things digital – from website content through to online PR and social media.
Beginning her career as a copywriter after graduating with a BA (Hons) degree in journalism, Kate progressed into a new field of marketing, becoming the catalyst for the formation and development of the outreach offering at her previous agency.
Kate is confident in igniting and developing marketing strategies that cover content creation, PR, blogger outreach and social media and has worked for a wide range of clients, including Notcutts, Newmarket Races (for The Jockey Club) and East of England Co-op.
In her new role at Banbury Howard, Kate works with a selection of clients, including Barker Gotelee, Freshpet and Kay White, for whom she delivers projects ranging from digital and social media strategies through to event management, as well as the planning of sales and marketing collateral.
Speaking about her career move to Banbury Howard, Kate said: “I’m incredibly passionate about implementing successful strategies from which clients can gain real benefit. I enjoy seeing results, whether that’s a great piece of coverage or watching traffic climb as a campaign progresses.”
Sarah Goodwin, Managing Director and founder of Banbury Howard, said: “Kate’s enthusiasm for results is a perfect fit with the Banbury Howard ethos and our ways of working. We’re delighted to welcome her to the team.”
